Travelin' Jack by Applause Unlimited
Saturday, November 05 2011, 11:00am - 12:00pm

An itinerant puppeteer with a hand puppet, booth and a knack for talltales entertains family audiences today as much as puppeteers in Elizabethan England. Based on a Jack tale, a slave story-song, and a morality tale, the three stories presented in this puppet show reflect the depth, scope, and humor of storytelling. The first story, "Foolish Jack," is a Jack tale about Jack’s adventures when he first leaves home. The second story is the tale of "Why Dogs Chase Cats," and the final ostory is "A Bundle of Troubles,"which teaches us a valuable life lesson: count your blessings, not your troubles.

Advance registration and payment is STRONGLY RECOMMENDED due to the popularity of this event in the past.

$7 / person, No charge for infants (under age 2)

(For all ages - but geared for ages 3-8; children must be accompanied by a guardian)
