Storytime at Agecroft: What Nonsense! Divine Lunacy! Laughter!
Saturday, April 04 2009, 10:30am - 11:30am
Cock a doodle doo!
My dame has lost her shoe.
My master's lost his fiddling stick
And knows not what to do.
Speaking of dames, and fiddlers, and roosters, join Pamela Bomboy for a rollicking good time of riddles, stories, and songs that will tickle your funny bone and make you laugh at the foolishness of some famous characters from English literature.  Make masks and act out Geoffrey Chaucer's story of Chanticleer, the Prince of the Barnyard, and the crafty foxes who want to eat Chanticleer for dinner.  Listen and laugh as Jack, that ne'er-do-well young fellow, finds lunacy, nonsense and three sillier people than the three sillies at home.
$4/person. For all ages - but geared for ages 6-10; children must be accompanied by a guardian

We'd like your opinion on the past queens of Britain.
