The Virtues of Herbs: Living History Garden Tour
Friday, May 18 2012, 7:00pm - 8:30pm
Have you ever wondered how people in the seventeenth century treated common ailments like headaches, coughs and upset stomachs? Would you like to experience the Agecroft Hall gardens through th eyes of the manor’s 1631 inhabitants? Join Master and Mistress Dauntesey and the servants of Agecroft Hall as they discuss the medicinal and culinary uses of the herbs growing in the gardens. This walking tour through the gardens will last approximately an hour, and comfortable walking shoes are recommended.

Fee: $5.00 per person. In the event of inclement weather, the tour will be cancelled.
