Dressing the Part: Virtual Education Day

What would you wear in the 1600s? And how big would your wardrobe be? In  this virtual event, join us for a historical fashion show!  We’ll take a  look at what you would have worn if you were living back then, and  how your social status would have affected your clothing.  Also, we’ll  take a look at what your clothes were made of, and who made  them. Finally, we’ll look at the customs and laws (yes, laws!) that  dictated what was and was not appropriate to wear. This is a virtual  event, and we will be posting throughout the day.
