Slow Down. Awaken Your Senses.

Join us for a special guided nature walk at Agecroft Hall & Gardens and experience the restorative practice of Shinrin-yoki (forest bathing). Slow down, reconnect with nature, and fully arrive in the present moment as you explore Agecroft's lush gardens and expansive grounds. Through gentle walking and guided sensory invitations, you'll discover beauty and calm in ways that often go unnoticed.

Wear comfortable layers and walking shoes. Bring water and something to sit on; journals welcome. Guided by Linda Pierce, a certified forest therapy guide with nearly a decade of experience offering restorative nature-based experiences.

Cost is $30 per person. (Includes post-walk access to Agecroft's gardens and wooded trail network. Optional house tour available for $12.)

Space is limited. Come slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect.
