About The Event
It’s Historic Virginia Garden Week April 21st-28th! Come take a 45-minute garden tour with guide, Melissa Malone, to learn about the formal gardens from a different perspective. What do Chief Powhatan’s cloak, King Henry VIII, Mediterranean pirates, and the “Virginia Garden” all have in common? They are part of the story of the 20th century transformation of the gardens at Agecroft Hall. Don’t forget comfortable shoes and a camera to capture the blooms.
