About The Event

Bellycheer! Feasting in England 1580-1640 is a tour celebrating food and dining.

Is food medicine? In a 17th century country house, food and medicine were often the same thing. Listen to a lively telling of uses of everyday foods, food preparation, historic recipes, manners, table etiquette, and customs on annual feast days. After the tour, guided by Tracy Weldon, take home a tasty treat.

Advanced reservations and payment are required by 5:00pm on Sunday, November 23rd.

Price: $12.00 per person or $6.00 for current Agecroft Hall Annual Pass holders. Annual Pass holders should contact the Manager of Tour Services to researve at 353-4241 x 119.
