Agecroft Hall was filled with music! On this special tour, learn about Queen Elizabeth I’s love of music and what instruments were used in William Shakespeare’s plays. What did it sound like? What instruments were played for the country people to dance the rigadoon or the allemande? Lutes, Flutes, & Singing Strings is an opportunity to see our collection of period string instruments and hear some wonderful music, recorded and live.
