This is the time of year when many households are getting ready for a weekend of costumes, spooky stories, and candy. If you’re short on time and have always wanted to know more about life in Tudor England, this is your opportunity! Join tour guide Carolyn Sickles for a 30-minute guided tour focusing on the dining parlor. Enjoy stories about food, feasting, and entertaining at the 17th-century table. Why 4 and 20 blackbirds? What sweet treats did people eat back then?

This tour is 1st floor only and includes self-guided garden admission afterwards.
