Celebrate a Tudor Christmas!

Join us virtually for a holiday celebration in the Tudor Court! Take a much-needed break from 2020 and enter the world of kings and commoners at the Tudor Court with Carol Anne Lloyd, an expert and lecture in Shakespeare and Queen Elizabeth. Tudors celebrated the Twelve Days of Christmas with decorations, church services, and feasting. Imagine yourself feasting on the holiday delicacies, showing off your new gown, or dazzling the King with your gift—those who catch his eye with a pleasing New Year’s present might enjoy favor all through the next year. This program will immerse participants in a traditional Tudor holiday celebration, complete with carols, decorations, and a Feast of Fools presided over by a Lord of Misrule. Wassail!
