Yuletides at Agecroft: Christmas Open House

Yuletides, our favorite annual winter tradition, returns in person this year!

Experience the Christmas season at Agecroft Hall from three different eras: England in 1640, London in 1860, and Richmond in 1942. See our beautiful gardens and museum decorated for the holiday season. Be carried through time with family-friendly crafts, simmering cider, and lively entertainment - including Father Christmas himself!

Whether you have visited us throughout the year or are making plans to visit Agecroft for the first time, this event is not to be missed. You'll meet the residents of Elizabethan-era Agecroft Hall, Charles Dickens with his cast of characters, and revelers from World War II-era England. Wander the gardens and courtyards creating holiday memories with fun activities surrounded by music and performances. Warm up with a self-guided tour through the museum and enjoy all of the decorations from the 1600s to the 1940s.

While you're exploring, treat yourself or loved ones with a quick stroll through our Sweets Shop and Gift Shop. It is the perfect chance to enjoy locally-crafted baked goods while tackling your gift list.

Gates open at 12:00pm and activities run from 12:30pm to 5:00pm. All activities are outdoors with the exception of our self-guided museum walking tours.
